Josh James (Omniture):
Josh is a Founder and serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Shacho, Inc. Mr. James serves as an Executive Vice President of NetObjects. Mr. James is a Co-Founder of MyComputer.com, Inc. and Superstats.com., Inc. and serves as it’s Chief Executive Officer. He is the Founder of Silicon Slopes. Mr. James co-founded ScriptSearch, LLC and served as its Chief Executive Officer from September 1997 to April 1999. He served as Senior Vice President at Adobe Systems Inc. Mr. James served as Senior Vice President of Omniture Inc., a business unit of Adobe Systems Inc. until July 31, 2010 and also served as its General Manager. He co-founded Omniture Inc. in 1996 and served as its President from July 2006 to July 31, 2010 and Chief Executive Officer since 1998. He co-founded and co-managed several entities that were all predecessors of Omniture. He served as President for JP Interative, LC from October 1996 to April 1999. He has been a Director of Demand Media Inc. since April 19, 2010. He serves as a Director of FamilyLink.com, Inc. Mr. James has been a Member of Advisory Board at Eloqua Corporation since June 2010. He serves as Director of Shacho, Inc. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board wired.MD, Inc. and MovieClips, Inc. He served as a Director at Smart Energy Solutions Inc. since 2000. He served as Director of Omniture Inc. from 1998 to July 31, 2010. He is a Silver Founder of the BYU Center for Entrepreneurship. Mr. James was the President and Vice-President of Brigham Young University’s Association of Collegiate Entrepreneurs from 1995 to 1997 and also served on its eBusiness Advisory Board. He was the recipient of the 2006 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, Technology Entrepreneur of the Decade by Brigham Young University, and was recently recognized by Fortune Magazine in its 2009 feature “40 Under 40.” He was the recipient of the 2007 American Business Awards for Best Executive. Mr. James studied Business Management and Entrepreneurship at Brigham Young University.
